Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Thirty 33, Township 2 North, Range Twelve 12
West bounded as follows: Beginning at a point on the South Line of said
Section 33 which is 1060 feet East of the Southwest corner (stone monument)
of the SE1/4 of said Section 33; thence due West 235.46 feet; thence North
6'30'East to the south bank of the Arkansas River; thence Southeasterly along the South Bank
of said River to a point on a line bearing North 6'30'East from the
point of beginning; thence South 6'30'West to the point of beginning,
