RESOLUTION NO. 12,307
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE AND
APPROVING THE USE OF SPECIAL PROJECT FUNDS FOR SIGNAL
IMPROVEMENTS AT CUMBERLAND AT 3RD STREET; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, bids were solicited for the construction of signal improvements
Cumberland at 3rd Street, Bid No.06 -247, and
WHEREAS, Construction Management and Maintenance submitted the lowest
responsible bid, bid number 06 -247, and
WHEREAS, funding from the project is available from private contributions and
special project funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Construction Management and Maintenance for traffic signal improvements at
Cumberland and 3,d Street.
Section 2. Funds for the project are available from 301 - 220 -B267 ($39,640) and
private contributions ($30,500). Amount of construction services: $70,140.40 ($63,764.00
plus 10% contingencies).
Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
