The Future Land Use Map shows this property to be zoned commercial. Because the property to the south of us is shown as future commercial and the adjacent property owner is planning to re -zone and dose not object to our variance, we are asking for a variance on the south side of our property to be a landscape strip (as if it were commercial -to -commercial) and not a Land Use Buffer (commercial -to -residential).
