in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Block 20, thence
South along the vast line of said Block 20, 187.3' to the North right of way
line of Cantrell Road, thence North 800 and 10' West along said North line
of Cantrell Road 730.7' to the West line of Block 19, thence North G2.5' to
the Northwest corner of said Block 19, thence East 90' to the center of Rose
Creek thence North 330 0' Fast along the center of said Creek 190' thence
North 590 30' Last along the center line of said Creek 193' to the West line
of Block 27 thence North along the West line of said Block 27, 114' to the
South bank of the Arkansas River, thence Sotrtheasterly along said river bank
395' to the Fast line of said Block 27, thence South 220' to the point of
beginning, containing 5.5 acres less and except a Missouri Pacific Railroad
spur track.
