I hereby certify that I have surveyed part of Block 288 and adjacent
W 1/2 of Ringo Street (closed), Original City of Lii;tic.Pock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerli-ne of Ringo
Street with the extended North line of said Block 288.; thence in a
Southerly direction along the centerline of Ringo Street a distance
of 113.96 ft. to a point on the Northerly control of access line of
Interstate Route No. 630; thence in a Westerly direction along said
control of access line the following distances: 4.64 ft,; 22.51 ft.;
36.29 ft.; 39.69 ft.; 38.33 ft.; 8 44.5 ft. to a point on the West
line of the E 1/2 of said Block 288; thence in a Northerly direction
along said West line a distance of 121.83 ft. to a point on the North
line of said Block 288; thence in an Easterly direction along said
North line of Block 288 and said North line extended a distance of
180.02 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 23,M sq.ft. or
0.5480 Acre more or less.
Property lines are located in accordance with established property
lines. Improvements are located as shown. There are no apparent
