West line of said E 1/2, SII 1/4; thence N 0° 30' K" W along said West line,
119.88 ft. to the po'.nt of beginning; thence N 0° 30' 32" W and continuing
along said West line, 365.12 ft. to a point; thonce S 63° 02' 40" E. 50.72
ft. to a point; thence S 0° 30' 32" E along a line 45.0 ft. East of and
