3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH REDSTONE CONSTRUCTION GROUP,
5 INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-
6 THREE THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE AND 48/100
7 DOLLARS ($463,431.48), FOR THE 13TH STREET AND PINE STREET
8 POLICE PARKING LOT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

10 WHEREAS,bids were solicited for 13`h Street and Pine Street Police Parking Lot, Bid No. 1846,and
11 Redstone Construction Group,Inc.,was the lowest responsive,responsible bid meeting specifications.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Redstone Construction
15 Group,Inc., for the 13`h Street at Pine Street Police Parking Lot in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred
16 Sixty-Three Thousand,Four Hundred Forty-One and 48/100 Dollars($463,431.48).
17 Section 2. Funding for this project is from a special project funding allocation, Account No. 108529-
18 73105-S52C446, with supplemental funding from budget.
19 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
20 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
25 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
