3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK. RESOLUTION NO.
4 15,035 (AUGUST 6, 2019), TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
5 AMEND THE CONTRACT WITH PINNACLE CONSULTING
6 MANAGEMENT GROUP, IN A REVISED AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
7 FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($425,000.00),
8 FOR APPRAISAL AND ACQUISTION SERVICES FOR THE SOUTHWEST
9 TRAIL; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, Pinnacle Consulting Management Group was selected through Professional Appraisal
12 and Acquisition Services process under Bid No. 18,176,and was awarded a contract in the amount of Forty-
13 Nine Thousand,Nine Hundred Dollars($49,900.00),for services to appraise and acquire right-of-way;and,
14 WHEREAS,Little Rock,Ark. Resolution No. 15,035 (August 6, 2019)authorized the increase to the
15 initial contract by Three Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Dollars($351,000.00)
16 WHEREAS, it is desirable to increase the contract ceiling price to provide for additional services for
17 the Southeast Trail Project, east of the Clinton Library.
18 WHEREAS, Public Works requests the Contract with Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, be
19 amended for a total additional sum of Twenty-Five Thousand ($25,000.00), for a total amended Contract
20 amount of Four Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars($425,000.00).
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
23 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to amend the Contract with Pinnacle Consulting
24 Management Group, to include additional services for the Southeast Trail Project, east of the Clinton
25 Library and to increase the contract ceiling price by Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars($25,000.00),from the
26 previously-authorized Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00), for a new contract total of Four
27 Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars($425,000.00).
28 Section 2. Funds for the total amended contract amount will be funded from the existing Southeast
29 Trail Activity in Street Fund Special Projects as authorized by Resolution No. 15,126(December 17,2019).
30 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
34 resolution.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, including but not limited to Little Rock, Ark.
2 Resolution No. 15,758 (September 6, 2022), or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions
3 of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
