3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A CONTRACT WITH LSC ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS, LLC,
5 IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED SEVEN
6 THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($107,820.00),
7 PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE
8 (1) PSA-1000 ENVIRONMENTAL COATINGS APPLICATOR FOR THE
9 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT SOLID WASTE DIVISION; AND FOR
10 OTHER PURPOSES.

12 WHEREAS,the Public Works Department Solid Waste Division has demonstrated a need to purchase
13 one(1)PSA - 1000 Environmental Coatings Applicator to replace aged, high maintenance units currently
14 in the City's fleet;and,
15 WHEREAS, one (1) PSA - 1000 Environmental Coatings Applicator, meeting the specifications
16 needed, was made through the formal bidding process, Bid No. 1928, and there was only one (1) bid
17 received; and,
18 WHEREAS,the total purchase price for one(1)PSA- 1000 Environmental Coatings Applicator shall
19 not to exceed One Hundred Seven Thousand,Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars(107,820.00),plus applicable
20 taxes and fees.
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
22 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
23 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with LSC Environmental
24 Projects, LLC, for the purchase of one (1) PSA - 1000 Environmental Coatings Applicator, in an amount
25 not to exceed One Hundred Seven Thousand,Eight Hundred Twenty Dollars(107,820.00),plus applicable
26 taxes and fees,to be used by the Public Works Department Street Operations Division.
27 Section 2. Funds for this agreement are available in ARPA Funds, Account No. 271409-72200-
28 G0601AR40A.
29 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
