CONTAINING 41.5969 ACRES,MORE OR LESS. 12 WHEREAS,before such action can be taken it is necessary to have a public hearing before the Little 13 Rock Board of Directors. 14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 16 Section 1. A public hearing on the question of whether to form and lay off Little Rock Municipal 17 Property Owners Improvement District No.2023-002(Edgewood Subdivision Recreation District)shall be 18 held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Centre at University Park,6401 19 West 12th Street,Little Rock,Arkansas at 6:00 PM on February 21, 2023. 20 Section 2.The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by 21 Arkansas State Law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published 22 in Pulaski County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas. 23 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 28 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 31 resolution. 32 Section 5. Repealer.
