Anal sis Staff does not have specific objections to the use of the property. The submitted plan, however, gives no indication of a paved improved area for parking/landscaping. Instead, it shows a ravel driv. At least 25 parking spaces are required. Please submit a plan with a parking area and landscaping. Since there is an existing structure on-site, it was determined that the only screening/buffer required would be a 6' opaque fence located to screen the activity only.
