Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 25 feet North and 200 feet West of the
Southeast corner of said Tract 4, thence West 265.0 feet along
North right of way line of Hirkson Road; thence N 1' 39' W
290.0 feet to the South line of Vogel's Replat No. 2; thence Easterly
along said South line of Vogel's Replat No 2 265.0 feet; thence
S 010 39' E 292.8 feet along the West line of Kari Replat to
the point of beginning this part containing Lot 1, Gatlin Replat,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
