Dana and Alice:
Per my conversation with Alice this morning I apologize for the misunderstanding in regard
to the property at 9001 Pinnacle Valley Road.
I have talked with 3 different people at the city over the last month, two who had called
me and one that I had called. I'm sorry I don't remember the names but all conversations
were pleasant and I thought everything was resolved. I might have the names back at the
office but am traveling today so I thought I would just send you this quick email.
The property we are finishing out will be leased to a hot yoga studio called Barefoot
Studios. They will have hot yoga classes. I have spoken to Louie Bianca who heads the
Pinnacle Valley Property Owners Association about this and he said all the neighbors he
knows are fine with it. The property is zoned quiet business and this is certainly very
quiet business.
We originally were going to use it as an event center for Rotary, Kiwanis, Weddings,
Birthday parties etc. but Barefoot Studios approached us and we decided to lease it to
them. They plan to open August 10th. In their original plan they thought they might put a
healthy restaurant or juice bar type restaurant in with the yoga, but decided to just go
with the yoga center.
When I have gone before the POA to see what they want, they have always said they would
love a restaurant so if they someday added the healthy food restaurant I think the
neighbors would think its a plus.
Should they ever decide they want to do that I will let you know.
Please let me know if you have any concerns and feel free to call me on my cell at
517-4734. Also feel free to give my number to any neighbor who has problems as I live in
the valley and want to be a good neighbor to all. Thanks

AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
2-4223 - Described as a part of the SW 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 7, T -2-N, R -13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of said SW 1/4, NE 1/4;
thence north 89' 02' E, 30 feet; thence N 30 feet to
the point of beginning (said paint being the
intersection of the East right-of-way line of Pinnacle
❑alley Road and the North right-of-way line of Beck
Road); thence North along said East right-of-way line
of Pinnacle Valley Road 208.7 feet; thence N 89' 02' E,
208.7 feet; thence S 208.7 feet to a point on the North
right-of-way line of Beck Road; thence S 890 02' W,
along said North right-of-way line Of Beck Road 208.7
feet to the paint of beginning, containing 1.0 acres,
more or less, from "R-2" Single Family to "C-1"
Neighborhood Commercial (Pinnacle Valley Road and Beck
Road, NE corner).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
