RE: Sprint/Nextel request for WCF located at 6403 Fourche Dam Pike
Dear Dana:
Attached please find a WCF application and related Site Plan and Tower Elevation
drawings for the above referenced project. Sprint will be adding antennas at the same
elevation as the existing Nextel antennas as part of their effort to now merge their
technology as they recently merged their companies. They will be adding a 6' x 8'
concrete pad for additional base station equipment within the compound. The site has
already been granted a landscape and screening waiver.

RE: Authorization of Agent - Sprint/Nextel Attachment to ALLTEL Tower
Comes now, ALLTEL Communications, Inc., FCC licensee and owner of the
cellular tower located on the property referenced above, and does hereby
appoint and authorize Dynamic Wireless representing Nextel WIP Lease Corp.
dba Nextel Partners, to act, execute and deliver on behalf of and with full
authority of ALLTEL Communications any documentation necessary to finalize
and secure zoning or permitting approvals related to Sprint/Nextel's application to
attach to the Little Rock Airport tower.
This authorization applies solely to the zoning and permitting process for
Sprint/Nextel's collocation, shall not change or modify ALLTEL's original zoning
or use permit, and shall not be used for any other purpose. Term of this Letter
of Authorization shall be for six (6) months from the date of this letter.
