Re: 121 N. Walnut
Dear Ms. Goode:
On September 16, 1986, the Little Rock Board of Directors
voted to revoke the existing PRD for the above referenced
address. In addition to the revocation of the PRD, the
Board also restored the former R-4 zoning which permits
single family residences by right. This action will now
enable you to get the necessary permits to complete the
addition.
Enclosed are copies of the required ordinances and
resolution.
Should you need additional information, please feel free to
contact me.
Sincerely,
i

Dear Sir:
Please take appropriate action to recend the
P.U.D. relative to the property located at 121
North Walnut Street. We are requesting your immediate
consideration to restore the property to a R4 zoning.
Our son and his wife wish to occupy the present
four room dwelling while he is in school at the
Medical Center and we feel a 14 x 16 room is necessary
to accomodate their family needs. We hope to complete
an addition before school begins.
Your urgent attention in this matter would be
deeply appreciated.
Ve y truly yo rjs,
Elaine Goode
