center line of pavement of West Markham Street prior to widening of
paved area and part of the Southeast Quarter (SEQ of the Northwest
Quarter (NW,), Section Three (3), Township One (1) North, Range Thir-
teen (13) West, formerly platted as part of Lots 1, 2, 5, and 8, and
