A tract of land lying in Pope's 1000 -ache Grant west of Clinton

Starting at the North 4 Corner of Section 12, Township 1 North,
Range 12 West, Pulaski Cou* yrs Arkansas, thence Nort. 70 20' East
1116,5' to the Point of Beginning; thence North 70 201 East 169.5
feet; thence East 21 feet; thence in a Southerly direction follow-
