north line of a 50' wide Little Rock Water Works easement; thence north 870 25' 51"
west along said north line 219.11 feet; thence north 78' 18' 19" West along said
north line 290.87 feet; thence north 81° 37' 00" west along said north line 381.77
feet; thence north 33' 50' 55" east 665.57 feet; thence south 87' 59' 06" east
200.00 feet to a point on the east line of tract 3, Hillvale Addition; thence south
00° 54' 05" west along said east line 100.00 feet to the point of beginning containing
