260.32 feet along the north right-of-way line of East Sixth Street to the Point of Beginning,
said point being a found iron pin at the Southeast corner of the Woodruff tract and the
Southwest Corner of a tract deeded by Fannie Carroll and others to C.R. Chinault; thence
N 00° 12' 14" W, 110.63 feet along the west line of the C. R. Chinault tract to a found iron pin
at the northwest comer of said tract; thence S 89' 07' 26" E, 43.84 feet along the north line
of the C. R. Chinault tract to a found iron pin at the northeast corner of said tract; thence
S 00° 18' 01" E, 20.02 feet along the east line of the C. R. Chinault tract to a found iron pin;
thence continuing along the east line of said tract, S 00' 31' 29" E, 89.95 feet to a found iron
pin at the southeast corner of said tract; thence N 89` 59' 22" W, 44.37 feet along the north
right-of-way line of East Sixth Street to the Point of Beginning, and containing 0.112 acre

MEHLBURGER, TANNER, RENSHAW AND ASSOCIATES DATED MAY 9,
1983 AND OF A BOUNDARY SURVEY BY BLAYLOCK, THREET, AND
ASSOCIATES DATED 12/78. MONUMENTS, DISTANCES, AND DIRECTIONS
SHOWN IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS RESULTING FROM THIS SURVEY
ARE IN SUBSTANTIAL AGREEMENT WITH THESE PREVIOUS SURVEYS.
