Commencing at the SE corner of said SWI/4 SWI/4; thence N2°22'15"W along the
East line of said SWI/4 SWIA 51.10' to a point on the North R/W line of Kanis
Road; thence N88047'00"W along the North R/W of said Kanis Road 149.20' to
its intersection with the East R/W line of U.S. Interstate Highway 430;

to the point of beginning; thence N34059'19"W 127.55' to a point which is
10.0' East of the East R/W line of U.S. Interstate Highway 430; thence
