3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AGE-FRIENDLY LITTLE ROCK COMMISSION:
12 Jan Baker,appointed to serve her first four(4)-year Ward 4 Representative term, said term to expire
13 on May 21,2027.
14 Teralisa Brewer, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year At-Large Representative term, said term
15 to expire on May 21,2027.
16 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
17 Sheree Huntsman, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year Individual with Disability term, said
18 term to expire on July 6,2027.
19 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
20 Donna Kirkwood, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Ward 1 Representative term, said term
21 to expire on November 28,2025.
22 CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
23 Stacey McAdoo,appointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
24 31,2025.
25 Luke Underwood, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
26 31,2025.
27 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
28 Adam Wierciak,appointed to fill the unexpired Professional Civil Engineer term of Suzanne Payton,
29 said term to expire on October 19,2023.
30 Kia Wilson, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said term to
31 expire on October 19, 2025.
32 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN,YOUTH,AND FAMILIES:
33 Phillis Anderson, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Elizabeth Quarles, said term to

10 Nikolai Fisken, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Business Representative term, said
11 term to expire on December 17,2025.
12 Mary Carol Poole,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year At-Large Representative term, said
13 term to expire on December 17, 2025.

15 Harold Betton,reappointed to serve his second three(3)-year term, said term to expire on November

17 Jimmy Brown, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on November 1,

19 Todd Hart, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on November 1,

21 Pamela Whitaker, appointed to fill the unexpired term of William Cheatham, said term to expire on
22 November 1, 2024.

24 Dexter Doyne,appointed to serve his first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on July 6, 2028.
25 LITTLE ROCK SUSTAINABILITY COMMISSION:
26 Rachel Cotner, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 5,
27 2026.
28 Scott Hamilton, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 5,
29 2026.
30 Ann Owen,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February 5, 2026.
31 MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION:
32 Brandon Mazander, appointed to serve his first three(3)-year term, said term to expire on February

35 Ginny Pumphrey,reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,

2 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
3 Kashayla Bridges,appointed to fill the unexpired Ward 1 Representative term of Tim Campbell, said
4 term to expire on March 31,2024.
5 SiKia Brent Brown,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year Ward 2 Representative term, said term
6 to expire on March 31,2026.
7 Shamim Okolloh, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Sharon Oglesby, said term to
8 expire on March 31, 2024.
9 Mazhil Rajendran, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large Representative term, said
10 term to expire on March 31,2026
11 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
12 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
13 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
14 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
15 resolution.
16 Section 3. Repealer.All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
17 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
