Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
Southwest corner of the SWIM SWIM of said Section 16; thence North

Section 238.45 feet; thence South 98 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds
East 255.0 feet; thence South 02 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds West
237.94 feet to a point on the South line of the SWIM SWl/4 of said
Section 16; thence North 88 degrees 38 minutes 36 seconds West along
said South line of the SW1/4 SWIM of Section 16 255.0 feet to the
