of Blocks I and 2, Cherry Acres Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, thence run
North 28 feet; thence East 294.06 feet to the Westerly property line of a tract conveyed to
Make Caldarera by Deed recorded in Deed Record 1062 pat page 159; thence run S 37'
W, 33.5 feet along the westerly line of said Tract (said point being 433.2 feet west of the
east line of Section 8, T-1-N, R-11-W); thence run West 275.66 feet to the point of
beginning.

described as follows: Beginning at a point on the Section line between said Sections 8 &
9, which is 2532.4 feet North of the corner between Sections 8, 9, 16 & 17, T•l-N, R-11-
W; thence N 88'50' W, 433.2 feet; thence N 37'00' E, 967.8 feet; thence S 6V3 l' E,
708.3 feet; thence S 69'37' E, 300.4 feet; thence S 14°51' W, 134.5 feet; theme S 88'50'
E, 60 feet, more or less, to the centerline of Fourche Creek; thence Southwesterly along
the centerline of Fourche Creek, 320.1 feet, more or less; thence N 88'50' W,1025 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPT the following lands which were conveyed to the City of Little
Rock by a Warranty Deed filed for record February 1, 1988 as Instrument Number 88-
04415, /4 and are described as: A tract of land situated in the NW 'N W '/,, Fractional
Section 9, T-1-N, R-11-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being mote
particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 1 %2 inch pipe being 63.32 feet East
of the Southwest corner of Lot 6, Cherry Acres Addition; thence N 1'56'33" G, 939.7 feet
to a 1 %2 inch pipe; thence S 88°41'32" E, 647.82 feet to a point of beginning; thence
continuing S 88'41'32" E approximately 180 feet to the centerline of Fourche Creek;
thence Northerly along the centerline of said Creek approximately 670 feet; thence S
14003'56" W, approximately 470 feet; thence S 39007'36" W, 171.41 feet to '.he point of
beginning.
A part of this property is in the 100 year flood plain as shown hereon per scale as per
Panel 127 of 150 for Little Rock, AR. Community -Panel 40501810127F, dated 10/18/01
