line of Interstate Hwy 30, LESS that part of 1/3 acre off the Wert

right-of-way line of Interstate Hwy 30, LESS AND EXCEPT

R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as: Commence at the
NE corner of said E 2/3, E 1/2, NW 1/4, thence South along the East O
line of said E 2/3, E 112, NW 1/4 to a point on the Northerly right- n
of -way line of Interstate Hwy 30, thence Southwesterly along said
right-of-way line 653.4 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence con-
tinue Southwesterly along said right-of-way line 105 feet, thence
Northwesterly 312 feet, thence Northeasterly 105 feet, thence South-
easterly 312 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.75 acres,
more or less, also LESS AND EXCEPT

Beginning at the NE corner of the E 2/3, E 1/2, NW 1/4, Section 3, T-I-S, R-13-!V;

thence by a deflection angle to the right of 90' for 873.8' to a point on the West line
of the E 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NW 1/4, Section 3, T-1-S, R-13-W:thence by a
deflection angle of 90' to the right along said west Tine of the E 2/3 of the E 1/2 of
the NW 1/4 for 753.5' to a point on the North line of the NW 1/4, Section 3, T-1-S,
R-13-W; thence East along the North line of the NW 1/4 for 873.8' to the Point of
Beginning containing 15.03 acres more or less, LESS AND EXCEPT the East 30 feet

line of Interstate Hwy 30, thence by a deflection angle to the right of 64' 56' along saki right-of-way
line for 965.3' to a point on the West line of the E 2/3 of the E 1 /2, of the NW 1 J4, Section 3. T-1-S.
R-13-W; thence by a deflection angle to the right of 1 15' 04' for 750.3'. thence by a deflection angle
to the right of 90' for 873.8' to the Point of Beginning containing 10.94 acres more or less, LESS
that part of 113 acre off the West side of the F 2/3 of the SE 1/4, NW 1/4, lying North of the right-
of-way line of Interstate Hwy 30 LESS AND EXCEPT the East 30 feet of the South Tract.
