SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE COMMENT: (OCTOBER 28, 1993)
Mr. and Mrs. Sim Fulmore were present. Dana Carney, of the
Planning staff, presented the item.
The Committee was informed by the City Engineers Office that an
additional 5 feet of right-of-way dedication was required for
Alexander Road.
Mr. Fulmore stated that he had already dedicated 40 feet of
right-of-way in 1983 and had questions as to why the additional
5 feet was required.
He was informed that the Master Street Plan now called for the
additional right-of-way.
Mr. Fulmore was told that he should go to the Board of Directors
to request a waiver of the additional right-of-way dedication if
he did not wish to comply with the Master Street Plan
requirement.
The Committee determined that there were no other issues and
forwarded this item to the item to the full Commission for final
resolution.
