Area 2: Suburban Office to Service Trades District; between Kanis and Pride Valley Roads, south of Rock Creek. Area3: Residential Low Density and Suburban Office to Public Institutional; north of Kanis Road opposite Baker Lane. Area4: Residential Low Density and Suburban Office to Residential Medium Density, west of Kanis Road, south of Baker Lane and north of Cooper Orbit Road. Area 5: Residential Low Density and Suburban Office to Commercial; either side of Kanis Road, opposite Panther Branch Drive. Area 6: Suburban Office and Mixed Office Commercial to Residential High Density; northwest of the Kanis – Cooper Orbit Roads intersection. Area 7: Mixed Office Commercial to Residential Medium Density; between Asbury and Kirby Roads, north of Kanis Road. Area 8: Mixed Office Commercial and Suburban Office to Commercial; either side of Woodlands Trail, south of Kanis Road. Area 9: Mixed Office Commercial to Residential Low Density; southwest of the Cooper Orbit-Kanis intersection. Area 10: Mixed Office Commercial to Residential Low Density; east of Woodlands Trail and south of Kanis Road. Area 11: Residential Low Density to Public Institutional; west of Cooper Orbit at Brodie Creek.
