LU2022-18-01 is a package of changes to the Future Land Use Map as follows:. 1)Suburban Office (SO) & Residential Low (RL); 2) Suburban Office (SO) to Service Trades District (STD); 3) Residential Low Density (RL) and Public/ Institutional (PI) 2 2 4) Residential Low Density (RL) and Suburban Office (SO) to Residential Medium Density (RM); 5) Residential Low Density (RL), Residential Medium Density (RM) and Suburban Office (SO) to Commercial (C); 6) Suburban Office (SO) and Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC) to Residential High Density (RH) 7) Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC) to Residential Medium Density (RM); 8) Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC) and Suburban Office (SO) to Commercial (C); 9A Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC) to Residential Low Density (RL): 9B Mixed Office and Commercial (MOC) and Suburban Office (SO) to Residential Low Density (RL) 3 10) Residential Low Density (RL) to Public Institutional (PI) 4 Please send us any comments you have about the proposed changes so that they will be received by Friday, September 30, 2022.
