Thank you! I actually found and the changes around us simply reflect what is already there or approved. I guess that

An amendment to the Future Land Use Map in the area of the Spring Valley Manor POA
- we are providing notice of the application, as you are listed as the Neighborhood
Association contact.
On December 8, 2022 at 4 P.M. the Planning Commission will consider the package of
Land Use Plan changes in the attachments.
The Planning Commission hearing will be held at the Centre at University Park, 6401
West 12th Street. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. You are invited to attend to speak
in support or opposition to this request. If you do wish to attend and speak to the
commission, you must complete a ‘speaker card’ prior to the start of the meeting. (formal
presentations - PowerPoint or PDF, must be emailed to staff at least 24 hours prior to
the meeting).
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments prior to the meeting.
