Developers have closed on the Hastings 40 acres.
Director Collins has visited with Mayor Scott to execute the agreement.
I don’t believe Judge Hyde has executed the agreement yet.
Developers would like to connect it as quickly as possible.
If City and County will execute the agreement, we will begin the design immediately.
Back to your question – hopefully, this summer?!?
