The property is presently occupied by an office/warehouse use. The zoning proposed is compatible with the Suburban Development Plan. A right-of-way dedication of 10 additional feet will be required from this applicant. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. COMMISSION.ACTION: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors, and after a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed - 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
