Dear Sirs:
We are making application for a conditional use permit to start
a Day Care program.
Our short term plans are to begin a Day Care Center in building
No. 1. This building has already been approved by the Ark.
Dept. of Human Services for 30 children. We feel that this
building will be satisfactory for two or three years. If the
anticipated growth materializes, we will build a Day Care Center
to accomadate 80 children behind the Family Life Center as
shown.
In approximately 3 to 5 years we plan on building a new church
sanctuary in front of the Family Life Center as shown. This
building will seat approximately 400. at that time building
No. 1 will be removed from the property.
We will expand our parking to the rear of the church and Family
Life Center when we build the new sanctuary.
