LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PROPOSED MINI -WAREHOUSE
CONDITIONAL USE AREA
A tract of land lying in the SW 1/4. NE 1/4, Section 33. T -2-N, R -13-W, Pulaski
County. Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an iron pini at the northeasterly corner of Lot - I of Southall Sub-
div;sion as surveyed by RODert C. Lowe, Jr.. Arkansas L.S. No. 12 on April 23, 1980;
thence S 00° 47' 10" E along the easterly line of said Lot - 1 for a distance of 184.16
feet to an iron pin at the southeasterly corner of said Lot - I to a Point of Begin-
ning; theins continuing S 00° 4', ' 10" E, 235.00 feet to the north line of a 30 - foot
wide drainage easement shown on the Charles Valley Subdivision Preliminary Plat,
Phase _', dated Match, 197' and prepared by Robert C. Lowe, Jr; thence along a
9 to 03' 48" deflection right 212.66 feet to the center line of said Section 33; thence
along the center line of said Section 33 along a deflection right of 89° 18' 19" for a
distance of _135.00 feet; thence along a deflection right of 900 41 ' 41 " for a distance
of 21 L 13 feet to the Point of beginning; said tract of land containing 1.143 acres -
