Box 7416 72217 Little Rock, AR 72117 Phone: 664-5000 This is a request by the applicant to revise a short form "PCD" that was approved by the Commission on June 14, 1983. The previous development proposal was as follows: 1. Site size .................... 3.73 acres 2. Building covered...: ...... o .... 31% 3. Project Statistics Size of Units No. 5' x 8' 130 5' x 10' 38 10' x 22' 61 10' x 25' 115 Total 344 The applicant is requesting to increase (a) building height from 11',to 201; (b) increase in floor area from 50,160 square square to 80,970 square feet; and (c) the addition of a sign. ANALYSIS: Staff is favorable to the request since the applicant is simply making Buildings #1 and 2 two -stories. However, this approval does not endorse the sign indicated on the plan. Signs are approved by the Environmental Codes Section of the City of Little Rock. STAFF RECOMMENDTION: Approval, subject to comments made. September 13, 1983 SUBDIVISIONS Item No. 7 - Continued SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant was not in attendance. The Committee decided to pass this to the Commission without recommendation.
