Site Location The site is lncatr�(] in a I-(,!- 'id(ntial Ile ighhc,rhood. Single family is located to the north and south with duplex on the west and vacant land on the vast. 2. Compability with Neighborhood The existing site could at hest be considered marginally compatible. 3. On -Site Drives and Parkin A single semi -circular drive exists on the present site. There is no existing paved parking, and the applicant is not proposing any. 4. Screeninq and Buffers No landscape or screening proposals have been submitted. 5. Anal sis The staff feels that this site is ill suited for• a private school. Ohio Street is suh�.t;andardly constructed and dead -ends at the site. The lack.ol parking (either existing or pr_oposed), and the substandard turnaround pose a hardhip on the neighborhood as it exists now. June 14, 1983 SUBDIVISIONS Item No. 20 - Continued SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicant was not present. No action taken. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: One objector was present and presented a petition from the neighborhood that expressed opposition to the proposal. A brief discussion followed.
