This does not reflect the best of circumstances in land use planning, but it appears that previous decisions have limited the zoning options available. This pocket, being zoned "C-3" north and east and surrounded on the south and west by the Livestock Show and Fairgrounds, is cast into future commercial use. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed - 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
