No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency concerning this request. A new commercial building
has been constructed on this site to house the Dan Dipert
Travel Service and other businesses. The applicant is
seeking zoning compatibility with the proposed uses.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. There were no objectors. After
a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the
application as filed. The motion passed - 9 ayes, 0 noes,
1 absent, 1 abstention (Bill Rector abstained).
