No other adverse comments were received. This property is physically separated from the remainder of the residences to the south by a large drainage ditch, and it is surrounded on three sides by other office uses. The southern boundary of the nonresidential zoning appears clearly drawn in this neighborhood. The only out parcel remaining is this property. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The owner was present. There were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed - 10 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
