Beginning at a set iron pin which is on the North Right -of -Way line
of Interstate 30 which point is 310.6 feet 1309 feet, deed) North
and 200 feet (202 feet, deed) Northeasterly from the Southwest corner
of the SWI, Section 35, T-1-1, R -13-W; thence north 150.0 feet to a
set iron pin; thence Northeasterly parallel to the North Right -of -Way
of Interstate 30, 200.0 feet to a found pipe; thence South 150.0 feet
to a found iron pin on the North Right -of -Way line of Interstate 30;
thence Southwesterly along said Right -of -Way 200.0 feet to the Point
of Beginning, containing .60 acres more or less.
