LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A part of the SW3, Section 35, T -1-N, R -13-W, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a set iron pin which is on the North Right -of -Way line
of Interstate 30 which point is 310.6 feet (309 feet, deed) North
and 200 feet (202 feet, deed) Northeasterly from the Southwest corner
of the SW}, Section 35, T -1-N, R -13-W; thence north 150.0 feet to a
set iron pin; thence Northeasterly parallel to the North Right -of -Way
of Interstate 30, 200.0 feet to a found pipe; thence South 150.0 feet
to a found iron pin on the North Right -of -Way line of Interstate 30;
thence Southwesterly along said Right -of -Way 200.0 feet to the Point
of Beginning, containing .60 acres more or less.
