This is to certify that we have surveyed part of Block 14,
Booker Heights Addition, Pulaski County, Arkansas in
accordance with existing monuments described as follows:
Beginning 350.0 ft. easterly and 20.0 ft. northerly of
the SW corner NWk, Nit$, Sec. 34., T -2-N; R -13W said point
being the SW earner of said Block 14; thence continuing
easterly along the south line of said Bleck. 14 145.0
ft. to the center line of the platted alley in said Block
14; thence northerly along the said centerline of the alley
in Block 14 130.0 ft, to the westerly boundary of Inter-
state Highway 430; thence N 100 59' 37" W along the said
westerly line 137.88 feet to the north line of said Block
14; thence westerly along the north line of said Block 14
116.9 ft. to the NW comer of said Block 14; thence
southerly along the west line of said Block 14 264.0 ft.
to the point of beginning.
