Booker heights Addition, Pulaski County. Arkansas in
accordance with existing monuments described as follotas:
Beginning 350.0 ft. easterly and 20.0 ft, northerly of
the SW eoeaer NWS, NW%. Sec. 34., T -2-N; R-1341 said point
being the SW corner of said Block 14; thence continuing
easterly along the south line of said Block 14 145.0
ft. to the center line of the platted alley in said Block
14; thence northerly along the said centerline of the alley
in Block 14 130.0 ft. to the westerly boundary of Inter-
state Highway 430; thence N'10o 59' 37" W along the said
westerly line 137.88 feet to the north line of said Block
14; thence westerly along the north line of said Block 14
116.9 ft. to the NW corner of said Block 14; thence
southerly along the west line of said Block 14 264.0 ft.
to the point of beginning.
