Commencing at the SW corner Fractional Section 7, T -1-S, R -12-W,
run N 02032143" E 1543.35 feet along the west line of said section
7 to the point of beginning (said point also being located on the
north R/W line of the Chicago Rock Island Railroad); thence continue
on along said west line N 02032143"E 740.34 feet to a point; thence
S 87030145"E 947.33 feet to a point on rho east line of the fractional
