I certify that I have this date surveyed the property described as:
All of Block 29, C. 0. Brack's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, EXCEPT the North 2/3 (93.34 feet) of Lots
11, 12 and 13. All property corners established are in accordance
with existing monuments of the addition. The survey discloses that
all improvements are located as shown and that there are no visible
encroachments except as shown hereon.
