The construction of a combined office/ mini -warehouse development with five separate structures on 4.05 acres. 2. Construction according to the following: Office Use ................... 10,400 square feet Mini -Warehouse ............... 75,000 square feet Parking ...................... 35 spaces 3. Type of construction will include concrete panels and masonry. 4. A 6' opaque fence is proposed and all other landscaping will be in accordance with the City's Landscape Ordinance. Dedicate right-of-way on both streets. D. Staff Analvsis Staff does not recommend commercialization of the Baseline and Dailey corner. The highest use we will support on this property is that of office. Since this proposal is basically commercial, we cannot offer a favorable recommendation. E. Staff Recommendation Denial of the request. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: Staff reported that the applicant had filed a PUD application and that legal advertisement had been made. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A motion was made and passed unanimously for approval of the item. The vote: 11 ayes, 0 noes, 0 absent.
