LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Part of the SEM of Section 34, Township _ North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast
corner of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 0 West, run Westerly along the
Southerly line of Section 34, a distance of 955.5 feet; said line being the common
boundary between Township 2 North, and Township 1 North, thence North 528.38 feet
along the East line of Treasure Hill Subdivision to the Northeast corner of Lot 14
and the point of beginning; continue North 240.90 feet; thence North 56 degrees
n4' 50" East 40.28 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Rodney Parham Road:
thence North 34 degrees 23' 40" West, 285.06 feet along said right-of-way line;
thence South 28 degrees 00' West, 115.13 feet; thence North 62 degrees 00' West
86.5 feet to the East line of Treasure Hill Road; thence South "8 degrees 00' West
175.91 feet along said East line to the Northwest corner of Lot 9, Treasure Hill
Subdivision; thence South 33 degrees 55' 10" East, 340.70 feet along the North
line of Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, Treasure Hill Subdivision: thence East 150.0 feet
along the North line of Lots 13 and 14, Treasure Hill Subdivision, to the point of
beginning, containing 7.58 acres, more or less.
