PLANNING CONSIDERATIONS:
No adverse comments have been received from any reviewing
agency concerning this request. The request is compatible
with the Suburban Development Plan. This property will be
part of the peripheral development to the Otter Creek Mall,
and a plat subdividing this property into several commercial
lots was approved by the Subdivision Committee on
October 28th.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present, and there were no objectors.
After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve
the application as filed. The motion passed: 9 ayes,
0 noes and 2 absent.
