The request is compatible with the Suburban Development Plan. This property will be part of the peripheral development to the Otter Creek Mall, and a plat subdividing this property into several commercial lots was approved by the Subdivision Committee on October 28th. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
