The request is compatible with the Suburban Development Plan which shows this area for commercial use. This property will alternatively become part of the development on the periphery of the Otter Creek Mall. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicants were present, and there were no objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved to approve the application as filed. The motion passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
