Item No. 7 - Continued
In addition, relative to this matter, the Commission
confirmed its Resolution No. 27 dealing with the Michael
Drive street improvements and the certificate of occupancy
on the Asbury Park Apartments. After some discussion with
Bob Richardson, an enginner representing Kelton Brown and
the developers of Asbury Park Apartments, the Commission
stated that its intention in the Resolution was to withhold
the certificate of occupancy for the apartment project until
Michael Drive had been constructed from its present northern
terminus in Brownwood Terrace Subdivision to Kanis Road. A
motion clarifying this point was passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and
2 absent.
