STAFF COMMENT:
These three applications are for permits to allow day-care
family homes on these properties. In this instance, all of
these day-care family homes have been in operation at these
locations for between 5 and 10 years. The applicants have
complied with the requirements of the ordinance for this
process.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval of all.
COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicants were all present, and there were no
objectors. After a brief discussion, the Commission moved
to approve the applications for special use permits as
filed. The motion passed: 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
