Item No. 6 - Continued
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The applicant was present. There was discussion relative to
the proposal's failure to conform to (a) a 25' setback
requirement since the proposed deck encroaches into the
area; and (b) Ordinance parking standards since there is
currently not enough spaces for the 12-15 employees. The
Committee felt that the parking situation did not create a
problem in this instance, since it has existed for years
and was not increased by this proposal. A motion was made
for approval, subject to:
(1) A revised plan for indicating conformance to the
setback requirement as this is a conditional use and no
waivers are allowed.
The vote was 5 ayes, 0 noes, 0 absent.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. There were no objectors. A
motion was made for approval, subject to the submission of a
revised plan in conformance with the set -back requirement.
The motion passed by a vote of 7 ayes, 0 noes and 4 absent.
